Meeting Notice

Place: Big Bone Lick State Park KY

Directions: I - 75, exit 175 (Richwood, KY) travel KY 338, US 42-KY 127 approximately

7.4 Miles to the park entrance. Follow park signs.

We have reserved the large shelter house approximately 200 yards to the right

of the park entrance. Follow the ORC signs.

Activities: Check in at the shelter house then tour the park at your own leisure. At 3:PM

we will have a formal program of speakers.

Trail Cook-out featuring American Bison and an opportunity to taste other

Expedition food. Every one can get involved.

Reservations must be in Skip's office no later than 13 October. The Fields

Brothers will kill and dress the buffalo.

Note: Big Bone Lick Park will have a Salt Days Festival this same date. You are invited to

arrive early, gates open at 9:AM , and visit the festival as well as the park interpretive

center and hiking trails to the salt/mineral springs.
